Campus community members are cordially invited to attend the Office of Multicultural Affairs Senior Class Reception held during Graduation weekend on Saturday, May 19, from 1:30 to 3:00 pm in the Emerson Suites in the Campus Center.
The reception honors African American, Latina/o American, Asian American and Native American (ALANA) students; Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP) students; and lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) students.
Graduates honored with the Chavez/Lorde Social Justice Award, the Chawla/Ochoa Academic Achievement Award, the Chung/Thorpe Leadership Award and the Dubois/Mandela Award for Scholarship, Leadership and Service will be recognized at this reception. Seniors will also join in a farewell senior toast. Please join with us in saying congratulations to these OMA graduates.
