Dr. Stacia Zabusky has been appointed assistant dean in the School of Humanities and Sciences, following a national search.
Zabusky, who earned her Ph.D. in anthropology from Cornell University in 1992, had taught part and full-time in the Department of Anthropology since 1995; in 2001, she became an assistant professor. Last July, she was appointed interim assistant dean of the School of Humanities and Sciences.
Howard Erlich, dean of the School of Humanities and Sciences, is pleased with this new appointment. “I’m delighted that Dr. Zabusky has accepted this appointment, for which she is well-qualified. I thank the many members of the college community who contributed to the selection. We have chosen very well.”
