The Office of Human Resources would like to share some information with the campus community regarding the access or accuracy of information and transactions with the TIAA-CREF organization. We received a communication from Herbert M. Allison, Jr. (Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, TIAA President and Chief Executive Officer, CREF) that explains their recent challenges with service. We are glad that TIAA-CREF is identifying the issues that impact us. We continue to work with them to make sure that any and all issues for Ithaca College staff and faculty are being addressed. Mr Allison goes on to describe new and enhanced services to be offered on their new platform. Human Resources is working with TIAA-CREF to identify any enhancements that will be offered to Ithaca College. Please look for more information to follow from our office on this topic.
