As part of Ithaca College's upcoming first Disability Awareness Month, a Faculty/Staff Disability Zap -- similar in format to the LGBT Faculty/Staff Zaps -- is being planned for Monday, October 8, beginning at approximately 7:00 p.m.
We are looking for faculty and staff willing to share their experiences as people with disabilities and particularly their experiences at Ithaca College as people with disabilities. Such programs offer opportunities for opening up dialogs about diversity, challenges, strategies, and other important issues around this topic.
