Join us for Oktoberfest festivities while we celebrate Tour Germany on Tuesday, October 23, in the Campus Center Dining Hall during dinner.
You'll be sure to get a taste of Germany with menu items such as: Pork braised in sauerkraut; riesling poached salmon with thyme; sauerkraut with apples and caraway; and green beans with onions and dill. Don't forget to bring your curiosity along with your appetite! And it wouldn't be Oktoberfest without the root-beer-chugging contest. Hope to see you there!
