Cory Brown, associate professor of writing, has published poems in recent issues of three literary journals and has published a philosophical essay, "On Thinking," in the most recent issue of the literary magazine Diner (spokenword.to/diner). The essay is a version of an unpublished, book-length essay.
The poems appear in The Antigonish Review (St. Francis Xavier University) and in two independent poetry publications, Rosebud ("The Dead Wallet" won honorable mention in Rosebud's annual William Stafford poetry contest) and the online journal, Pedestal Magazine.
He also has poems forthcoming in the winter issues of two literary journals: the Fiddlehead (New Brunswick University) and Nimrod International Journal of Prose and Poetry (University of Tulsa).
