Do you have questions about your Aetna medical coverage? Aimee DeWispelaere, our Aetna representative, is coming to campus to answer your questions on Tuesday, December 11th and Tuesday, December 18th from 12 to 2 pm.
The meetings will take place in the HR Conference Room in the Administration Annex. If, however, you are unable to get to the Administration Annex, they have offered to go to your work space.
If you would like to meet with the Aetna representatives, but are unable to meet with them during one of the dates and times listed above, please let us know so that we can make other arrangements for you.
