Below you will find information regarding special distribution procedures for the last paycheck of 2007. This info is relevant to employees who are paid either semimonthly or biweekly, as well as for student workers.
FOR EMPLOYEES PAID SEMIMONTHLY (twice a month)
The final pay date of 2007 for semimonthly employees is Monday, December 31. The December 31 semimonthly checks will be available for pickup on Friday, December 21, using the normal distribution procedures. Please be aware that these checks cannot be cashed and will not be negotiable until Monday, December 31. Also, the monies for direct deposits will not be available until December 31.
FOR EMPLOYEES PAID BIWEEKLY (every two weeks)
The final pay date of 2007 for biweekly employees is Friday, December 28. The December 28 biweekly checks/advices will be available for pickup on Friday, December 21, using the normal distribution procedures. Please be aware that these checks cannot be cashed and will not be negotiable until Friday, December 28, and the monies for direct deposits will not be available until this date.
FOR STUDENTS ONLY
If you will not be on campus Friday, December 21, and are expecting a paycheck on December 28, please leave a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your department so they can mail your paycheck home.
