The Division of Finance and Administration will be holding its annual Winter Festival for all staff within the division on Thursday, January 10, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Listed below is a breakdown of the departments within the division and the level of service that will be provided during this period:
Office of Human Resources -- Main reception desks at both Boardman Place and Administrative Annex will be staffed.
Office of Facilities -- Main reception desk will be staffed.
Information Technology Services -- Main reception desk in Muller and the Help Desk will be staffed.
The following departments will be closed during the Winter Festival:
Financial Services
Purchasing
Budget
Accounts Payable
Bookstore/Mac's – (closed entire day)
Print Shop
Warehouse
Variable Data and Print Media Technology Services (no departmental run will be made this day)
Mail Services and Phillips Hall Post Office -- There will be no morning delivery or collection of mail or afternoon delivery of packages, and there will be no afternoon pickup for the FedEx drop off locations. FedEx packages that have been processed online via "Ship Manager" or prepaid UPS/DHL packages may be brought to the Mail Center before 3:30 p.m. to go out this day. All incoming packages and regular mail will be delivered on Friday, January 11.
