Perfect your interviewing skills by practicing with a representative of a local company. Sign-up in the Career Services Office.
Take an Ithacan to Work Day -- March 19
Insider's view ... connections ... industry info ... get it all by shadowing a local employer for a day. Sign up in the Career Services Office.
Job and Internship Fair -- April 1 and 2
Make a connection for your job search, internship hunt, future networking needs ... stop by the fair to meet over 80 employers. Maybe you'll score an interview with an employer for the day of interviews scheduled for April 2. You don't need to pre-register, but you do need to dress to impress. [Editor's note: This event was rescheduled from March 25-26.]
Teacher Recruitment Days -- April 7 and 8
So you want to be in front of the classroom next year? Attend this fair and you'll be connected with schools from across the U.S. who are looking for teachers. Registration info can be found on the Career Services homepage later this semester.
CNY Communications Consortium -- April 14-16
If the communications industry is where you want to work, then you'll want to be at the CNYCC. Registration info will be available in early February; contact Career Services for details.
