Mail Services Will Have Limited Services on Monday, February 18

Mail Services will be attending a staff development program the afternoon of Monday, February 18. This is a USPS holiday and we do not receive a scheduled delivery from the United States Postal Service. UPS, FedEx, and DHL have their normal delivery schedule on this day. It will impact the following services.

The Phillips Hall Post Office will be open for student package pick-up and single-stamp sales only after noon on this date. Money orders cannot be issued on this date due to the USPS holiday. Outgoing FedEx must be brought to the Mail Center in the Public Safety/General Services building before 3:15 p.m.

Mail delivery for all departments will occur between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. Please have your daily mail ready. After the morning pick-up, outgoing mail must be brought to the Mail Center. There will not be afternoon pick-ups at Phillips Hall, Admission, or Alumni Hall for mail or FedEx.

All received Next Day, Second Day, and Expedited packages will be delivered. Ground packages will be held for delivery on Tuesday, or can be picked up at the Mail Center by departments.

Student mail and mail rooms will receive regular service. Mail will be very light due to the USPS holiday.
