This course provides students with an interactive class environment and a variety of presenters designed to help them learn about health issues that impact members of the college community -- social and emotional health, alcohol and drug use, sexual health, stress, and nutrition.

This course will address:
• The range of health issues that are of particular concern to college students, and the degree to which these issues impact Ithaca College students
• Physical and emotional health issues including: healthy relationships, sexual health, nutrition, fitness, depression, alcohol and drug abuse, and stress management
• Health resources available to Ithaca College students
• Self-awareness in understanding issues of physical and emotional health
