Annual Sustainable Luncheon -- Tuesday

Join us on Tuesday, February 26, 2008, for the Annual Sustainable Luncheon at Towers Dining Hall from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The special menu will include:

• Hot and Sour Soup with tofu, bamboo shoots and mushrooms
• Harvest Stew (chicken, butternut squash, kale, onions and dried cranberries) served with biscuits
• Fruit Salad
• Oatmeal Muffins and Apple Cinnamon Muffins

REMP will also be present with an informational table. All students, faculty, and staff and guests are welcome. For those not on a meal plan, cash and ID Express are accepted at the door.
