Tour Ireland and Decorate Shamrock Cupcakes -- Monday

Enjoy a St. Patrick's Day Celebration -- join us on Monday, March 17, for Tour Ireland during dinner at Campus Center Dining Hall.

The menu will feature: Irish potato chowder, Irish lamb stew, corned beef with whiskey marmalade glaze, parselied potatoes, wide egg noodles, buttered cabbage wedges, baby carrots, and vegetarian Irish stew.

After dinner, the St. Patrick's Day festivities continue at Towers Late Night at the Decorate Shamrock Cupcakes event.

Don't miss your chance to celebrate St. Patrick's Day in style and remember to wear something green!
