The Offices of the Bursar and Financial Aid are combining to become Student Financial Services (SFS). The Cashiering Services Office is now part of Financial Services. Due to this reorganization, student transactions and departmental transactions at the bursar's service window have been split and assigned separate work stations. Financial Services departmental transactions window hours have changed to 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and closed from noon to 1:00 p.m. every day.
The following will go into effect on March 3, 2008:
• The outside window (right side) will be a Financial Services departmental transactions window.
• The inside window (left side) will be a SFS student transactions window.
• Signs will be posted above the windows.
• Staff and faculty can go directly to the departmental transactions window for service. The window will be open 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and closed between noon and 1:00 p.m. If you have any questions regarding departmental transactions, please contact Kathy Holley at 274-1213.
• Student transactions will continue to be done between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., without interruption, Monday through Friday. If there are any questions regarding student transactions, please call 274-3135.
