ITS is in the process of verifying whether college departmental and organizational e-mail accounts are valid, active accounts.
An e-mail has been sent directly to each of these departmental and organizational accounts asking for a response to the ITS Helpdesk if the account should remain active. If you are the owner of a departmental or organizational e-mail account that doesn't get checked regularly, please be sure to log into the account and respond to the confirmation message if you want the account to remain active. If you've already responded, no further action is necessary.
Any departmental or organizational accounts that do not respond to the confirmation message will be deactivated as of April 4th, 2008.
If you ever have concerns about the authenticity of any e-mail message that your receive through an Ithaca College e-mail account, please do not hesitate to contact the ITS Helpdesk.
