Students: Do You Need to Drive a College Car?

Students who need to drive vehicles owned, leased, or rented by the College are required to take a free, two-hour driver safety class, which will be conducted on campus by the College's insurance company this fall on the dates listed below. This policy is strongly recommended by the insurance company in the interest of student safety and sound risk management.

Students 21 years and over who will be driving Ithaca College vehicles need to:

Students who take the driver class and pass the test with a score of 80 percent or higher will be eligible to drive College vehicles for one year from date of class completion. After one year, students will only be required to take a brief written test and must score 80 percent or higher.

Tuesday, October 21, 7:00-9:00 p.m., Textor 101
Tuesday, November 18, 7:00-9:00 p.m., Textor 101
Sunday, December 7, 2:00-4:00 p.m., Textor 101
