EarthWeek 2008 offers an "earth-stravaganza" of interesting activities, with something for everybody. EarthWeek begins Monday, April 21, and concludes Thursday, April 24. Some events will offer free food and at some events, items will be given away. All events are free and open to the public.

Greenpeace deputy executive director Bill Richardson speaks on environmental issues and Greenpeace initiatives.

EarthWeek 2008 is a collaborative effort of various groups, including the IC Environmental Society (ICES), Student Government Association, Residence Hall Association, Diversity Awareness Committee, Sustainability at Ithaca, the Tri-Fund, the Departments of Philosophy, Politics, and Biology, the Environmental Studies program, and the Office of Residential Life.
