Our annual faculty institute on teaching and learning will be two days this year, Tuesday and Wednesday, May 20-21. Each of the four sessions will help us use what we already do in terms of building stronger courses, integrating sustainability, and becoming scholars of teaching.
A collaboration of the Center for Faculty Excellence and the Finger Lakes Project, the intertwining themes include sustainability, course design, scholarship of teaching and learning, assessment, faculty learning communities ... all in the context of strategic use of what we are already doing. The sessions are separate but linked and participants may attend any or all of them. Breakfast and lunch are provided, so we request registration.
More information is at the Institute page at the Center for Faculty Excellence website. You may register for one or multiple sessions using the following online form.
