Final Grade Submission Information

This is a friendly reminder that ALL FINAL GRADES for the spring 2008 semester are due on Thursday, May 15, by 10:00 p.m.

It is essential that grades be turned in by this deadline to ensure that diplomas can be ordered to reflect the honors that our students have earned.

We will follow up with faculty who do not submit their grades by 10:00 p.m. on May 15 with another e-mail alerting them that we are still missing grades that they are responsible for entering. A report of missing grades will also be provided to each dean's office.

Grades will be rolled on May 16, which makes them "public" for student viewing. Once student grades have rolled, if there is a need to change a grade, a grade change form will need to be submitted via your dean's office to the registrar's office.

HomerConnect will be available for faculty to input grades beginning on Wednesday, May 7, at noon.
