Then this might be exactly what you are looking for ...

The Student Government Association is looking for an office assistant who will work closely with the vice president of communications to lead all of SGA's event planning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead all event planning initiatives

• Chair the event planning committee

• Attend Tuesday SGA meetings

• Attend executive board meetings

• Take meeting minutes for both SGA executive board and full SGA meetings

• Maintain meeting schedules for SGA executive board members

• Reserve rooms as needed

• Meet with the student body president and vice president of communications at least once a week

• Recruit non-SGA members to sit on event planning committee

Specifics

• Hourly pay: $8

• Nine hours/week (flexible)

• Pay schedule: every two weeks
