Questionnaires and renewal information will be sent via email to guardians and coordinators mid-July. If your area is affected, we ask that you take a moment to verify that these items are listed correctly in the Ithaca College assets database.
Complete information for each computer and network printer, including specific location, and replacement configuration information is available on the Technology Renewal web site:

If an asset needs to be changed (e.g., to a different guardian or room number), please submit a change request for that asset, and we'll take care of updating the record.
We have also begin a 3-year cycle of monitor replacements. Guardians will have a yes/no option to have their existing monitor replaced with an updated LCD display (one monitor per desktop tower system). More information can be found on the website.
