Thank you for your patience during the recent e-mail system migration. The vendor identified hardware issues that affected performance and access over the last few weeks.
As of Monday afternoon, August 18, the e-mail system is performing as desired. All e-mail client users and Webmail users should be able to successfully use the new system without interruption.
Any e-mail client users (Thunderbird, MacMail) who were temporarily using Webmail should be able to use your preferred e-mail client.
ITS and the vendor will continue to closely monitor system performance. If you experience e-mail problems, please contact the ITS Helpdesk.
