Changes in Lots Anticipating the A&E Center

The Office of Public Safety's Parking and Traffic Services welcomes new and returning students to campus.

Over the summer there has been a lot of construction activity resulting in updates to several parking lots. The updates were necessary in anticipation of the new Athletics and Events Center construction. Below is a list of the effected lots with current space availability:

• S lot has 488 spaces available and remains a red (student) permit lot.
• C lot has 136 spaces available and remains a red (student) permit lot.
• Z lot has 325 spaces available and is now designated as a green (first-year student) or blue (faculty/staff) permit lot.
• M lot has not changed capacity and remains available as a red (student) permit lot until the Athletic and Events Center construction begins, at which time it will be taken out of service.

A new visitor parking lot has been constructed on the site of the former tennis courts near the College's main entrance, providing 72 spaces. In the next several weeks the former visitor parking lot will be redesignated as N lot, with 56 spaces available. At that time it will become a red (student) permit lot.

As a reminder to faculty, staff, and students who may have guests coming to campus, please make sure your guests park in the visitor lot and not in the permit lots. Your cooperation is appreciated.
