Thursdays, 4:00-5:30 p.m.
Join if concerns about weight or body image keep you from eating healthfully.
REALationships Group
Wednesdays, 3:45-5:15 p.m.; starts September 10
Do you feel that many your relationships are not as satisfying as you want them to be? Join this weekly group for a new interpersonal experience in a safe atmosphere.
Mindfulness Meditation
Block I: Tuesdays, 4:00-5:15pm; Block II: TBA
Join this six-week group with a low-pressure and accepting environment where you can meditate more regularly.
Sexual Assault Survivors
Thursdays, 2:30-3:45 p.m., starts September 11
This group will help you to cope with anxiety and sadness, will give you the chance to feel supported, and also allow you to offer help to other women who also feel alone.
Healing from Loss
Mondays, 3:00-4:00 p.m.; JOIN ANY TIME
This support group is for students who have experienced the death of a family member, partner, friend, or special person.
Surviving Your Family
TBA; please call if you are interested
If your experience of "home" includes hurtful, neglectful, or dysfunctional behaviors by those who are supposed to care for you, this is a chance to share feelings and learn coping skills in a safe space with others who have been there.
