A national search is now underway to recruit an associate vice president for enrollment management, a position previously titled dean of enrollment planning, currently filled by acting dean Rit Fuller, and previously held by Larry Metzger.
The AVP of enrollment management will serve as the chief enrollment management officer and provide oversight to the Offices of Enrollment Services, including admission, student financial services, registrar, and institutional research. The new title reflects national best practices in the field.
The search will be assisted by consultant Tom Williams of the Williams Company. Williams is a nationally noted search consultant and enrollment management professional, having assisted numerous campuses in locating enrollment leadership. He previously served as CEO of Noel-Levitz, a leading enrollment management firm.
Dean Susan Engelkemeyer will chair the search and screen committee. The campus will be invited to participate in on-campus interviews of the finalists.
