On Tuesday December, 9th, Campus Center Dining Hall will be piloting trayless dining for all meals.
Trayless dining has many advantages that dining services and Ithaca College want to take advantage of; it conserves energy and water, reduces food waste and promotes healthy or smaller portioned eating.
Dining services is partnering with many sustainability groups on campus including REMP and the sustainability conscious living community. These groups will be providing volunteers to educate about trayless dining. If you would like to volunteer contact Abby Cook at acook2@ithaca.edu
Come learn about and experience trayless dining at Campus Center on Wednesday. Your participation will help dining services make a difference at Ithaca College and lower their greenhouse gas emissions. Your comments and feedback are welcome to help dining services spread trayless dining throughout campus in the future.
