Direct deposit provides a convenient, secure, and easy way to access the earnings from your on-campus job. Individuals who choose direct deposit have their money deposited in their personal bank account and have access to the funds the morning of pay date.
Direct deposit is free and, starting today, every student employee who signs up for direct deposit by November 7 will be entered to win one of 100 $10 ID Express gift cards. To be eligible for this drawing you must have an on-campus job and not currently be on direct deposit.
There are two fast and easy options to sign up for direct deposit:
1. Enter your direct deposit information electronically via IC Student Employee Self Service in Parnassus. You can access this by going to the Payroll Office website at

and click on Access the ACE/Argus portal and then on the Parnassus tab. More information on Parnassus and IC Student Employee Self Service can be found at

OR
2. Print a Direct Deposit Authorization Form at
https://www.ithaca.edu/hr/documents/compensation/payforms/dirdep/pay_direct_dep/
complete it and return it to the Payroll Office, Administration Annex (beside the Park School of Communications). Forms are also available in the Payroll Office.
