* Learn about the TBYT movement and its national agenda

* Find out how to take more time for leisure and your most meaningful activities

* Learn how to reduce feelings of time pressure and time poverty

Snacks and beverages provided. Feel free to bring a bag lunch.

Who should attend? Faculty, staff, and students -- anyone who experiences time crunch and wants to improve his or her quality of life!
