The One World Concert

Every year the U.S. Department of State and U.S. Department of Education designate a week to celebrate international education and exchange. The International Club organizes a week of events to celebrate International Education Week. On November 14th, the One World Concert will be held with international performances. So we're looking for performers and if you or your club would like to be involved, please contact us. You have complete creative license for the performances and in the past we have had:

* Songs
* Choreographed dance sequences
* Skits
* Poetry readings
* Ethnic fashion show

In addition, we have an International Photo Exhibit in November. Please submit your photos of your home/home town, of your family or friends, and you have at least one picture from a birthday party or a wedding or another celebration. The deadline for submissions is on November 5th at 5 pm. We are looking for photos which:

* Were taken by you
* Which feature People, Places, and Sustainability (the 3 categories for competition)
* Which were taken either at home or in the US

Bring your photos to the Office of International Programs in CHS 214-2.
