Flu Shot Clinic -- IC Students Only!
Monday, November 10
10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Ithaca Falls Meeting Room, second floor of Egbert Hall

A flu shot clinic is being scheduled for IC students only. This will be a walk-in clinic; no appointment necessary.

Requirements to participate:

Must be a currently matriculated IC undergrad or grad student with ID.
Must be 18 years of age or older by November 10. (Students younger than 18, please call the Health Center for information on making arrangements to receive immunizations.)
Cost: $15. We can accept only checks, cash, or a request to bill your bursar's account. We are unable to accept credit or debit cards at this clinic.

If you have questions or prefer to make an appointment to receive the flu shot at the Health Center, please contact 607-274-1183 during regular business hours.
