4) After you take the survey, you will be given the choice to donate $2 to the Stop Hunger Foundation or receive $2 off a future Food Court purchase
5) To redeem your $2, please write your 4 digit code on the blue cards handed out in the Campus Center Dining Hall and the Food Court or print this article and write your 4 digit code on it.
6) Limit one survey per location per person. $2 discount must be used at Food Court or La Vincita only. Survey ends November 7, 2008. Redemption expires May 19, 2009.
