You're invited to attend Sustainable Tompkins' Green Collar Career Fair, which will be held on Wednesday, November 5, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Tompkins-Cortland Community College's new athletic facility in the fieldhouse on TC3's Dryden campus.
30-40 regional exhibitors will promote careers in various aspects of sustainability including energy, transportation, building, local farms and food, green products, "catalyzers for change," and organizations that help us live more sustainably by adopting the "4Rs" (reduce, reuse, recycle or re-buy).
From 8:30AM to 1:30PM, the Fair is open primarily to area high school students. From 12:30-4:00PM, the Fair is open to college students and the public. No pre-registration is required.
Free afternoon shuttle service will be offered between Ithaca College and the TC3 Field House. The 21-passenger Fitzgerald Brothers van will pick up and drop off at the flagpole circle in front of Textor Hall on the following schedule:
