Two members of the IC community were inducted into Phi Kappa Phi on Friday, November 7.
Gregory Woodward, dean of the School of Music was recognized for his compositions, publications, and presentations as a faculty member in the music school, as well as his outstanding achievements as dean of graduate studies in the three years before being appointed dean of the School of Music. Dean Woodward was nominated by the Phi Kappa Phi members of the School of Music.
Associate Professor Nancy Cornwell of the Park School of Communications was recognized for her distinguished record of publications and presentations. She was nominated by Dean Dianne Lynch.
The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi is the nation's oldest, largest, and most selective all-discipline honor society.
