A seasonal favorite, the Winter Choral Collage at the Ithaca College School of Music will take place at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 7, in Ford Hall in the James J. Whalen Center for Music. The free concert will feature the choir, chorus, women's chorale, and madrigals, led by Lawrence Doebler and Janet Galván.
The chorus will present Ottorino Respighi's "Laud to the Nativity," and the women's chorale will offer "Little Tree" by Judith Weir.
The madrigal singers will sing a selection of seasonal carols, and the choir will round out the program with music of Anton Bruckner and Morten Lauridsen.
The combined ensembles will join together for a grand finale of Haydn's "The Heavens Are Telling."
