On Monday, December 8th, Ithaca College's chapter of Amnesty International and other clubs will be holding an amazing event dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the U.N. Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
The event will be in EMERSON SUITES from 10am to 10pm with art installations, performances, music and different activities YOU can do to learn more about human rights and how to make a positive change in the world. Stop by any time you would like during the day!

Special events occurring during the day:
12-1pm: politics professor Patricia Rodriguez and her students will talk about the School of the Americas and their experiences at the most recent protest against it.
1-2pm: "Gaza's Death Throes: Denial to the Right of Food, Water, Shelter, Security and Dignity." A Presentation by professor Beth Harris and SJP President Andrea Levine.
5-7pm: Open Mic: Come share the issues that matter to you!
7-9pm: film screening: "Justice With Borders." An amazing film about human rights and people wrongfully imprisoned.
