Due to an upgrade of the room reservation system, event reservation requests submitted to the Office of Conference and Event Services after 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 19, will not be processed immediately.
Room reservations will begin to be processed as usual when the College reopens on January 5, 2009. Please remember that due to the volume of requests received it may take longer to process your request during this time.
If you have not heard back about your request within the first week of January (January 5-9, 2009), please contact the Office of Conference and Event Services at 274-3313.
