Due to the College's winter break, time report forms for the pay period ending December 21 are due to the Payroll Office on Tuesday, December 16.
The pay date for these time report forms will be December 26. Employees may pick up their check or pay advice on Tuesday, December 23.
Please be aware that these checks cannot be cashed and will not be negotiable until Friday, December 26. The monies for direct deposits will not be available until Friday, December 26.
We are distributing these checks/advices early for your convenience and we appreciate your cooperation in following these special procedures.
