Mail Services and Phillips Hall Post Office Closed Wednesday, January 14

Between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 14, all Mail Services staff -- including those at the Phillips Hall post office -- will be attending their divisional winter festival.

There will not be morning delivery or collection of mail.

There will not be afternoon delivery of packages.

The FedEx afternoon pick-up schedule will be curtailed. Processed FedEx and prepaid UPS and DHL may be brought to the Mail Center before 3:30 p.m. The Mail Center will be staffed with a student worker.

Couriers will still keep their scheduled pick-up times on this date to accommodate prepaid/prepared outgoing packages.

There will not be time for us to process outgoing mail.

All incoming packages and mail will be delivered on Thursday, January 15.
