On behalf of the search committee for the vice president for enrollment management, I am pleased to announce the visit of our next finalist.
On January 20 and 21, Eric Maguire will be on campus for a variety of activities, including a public forum. He will be speaking on the topic of "Successful Enrollment Strategies in a Challenging Environment" on Tuesday, January 20, from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. in Clark Lounge.
For the past nine years, Eric Maguire has helped recreate and transform the enrollment division at Franklin and Marshall College, holding several positions of increasing responsibility at the institution. Currently serving as associate vice president for enrollment management, Mr. Maguire is responsible for class modeling, enrollment research, and admission operations. In this role, he also oversees the Office of Financial Aid.
He has led the College to new levels of enrollment success, setting institutional records for applications (with particular gains from underrepresented students), selectivity, and quality.
He received his master of science degree from Indiana University in higher education administration and earned his bachelor of arts degree from Muhlenberg College.
The campus community is invited and encouraged to attend Mr. Maguire's public presentation. Applicant evaluation forms will be provided and the search committee welcomes your feedback.
Plans for the third finalist's visit are underway and will be announced soon.
