This year IC Food Frenzy’s theme will be sustainable, healthy and fresh. Participating vendors will provide delicious samples that are healthy, local and organic. Dozens of vendors will be present representing all types of foods and every food group.
This free event will also feature a fundraiser. All proceeds will benefit Foodnet/Meals on Wheels. Monetary donations can be made and students will also have the opportunity to donate a meal swipe from their meal plan. Foodnet/Meals on Wheels is a private, not-for-profit corporation created to provide meals and other nutrition services that promote dignity, well-being and independence for older adults and other persons in need in Tompkins County.
