Session descriptions:

Intro to iTunes U
Based on the iTunes Store user experience and infrastructure technologies, Apple’s iTunes U is devoted entirely to education. With it, higher education institutions can provide cross-platform access to their content using Apple’s iTunes application. Colleges and universities build their own iTunes U sites. Faculty post content they create for their classes. Students automatically get this content when they connect to the Internet. Integrating easily with student and class information systems, it can be seamlessly integrated into your online programs. Faculty and instructors are encouraged to attend.

Going deeper with iLife and iWork

iLife is the easiest way to make the most out of every bit of your digital life. Create dazzling DVDs, perfect podcasts, and attractive online journals. iWork includes three applications: Pages for word processing, Numbers for spreadsheets, and Keynote for presentations and visual podcasts. iLife comes free with every Mac and iWork is only $39 with an educational discount.

Apple Tips and Tricks
Apple Senior System Engineer, Rick Bettencourt, will demonstrate his list of his favorite Apple tips and tricks.

If you can't make the Februrary 26th event check out our Technology Learning Center calendar for our podcasting workshops. See the iTunes U table at Ed Tech Day on March 26th where you can meet some of the faculty and staff participants from the iTunes U Pilot.
