ITS technicians will be working closely with the departments that are moving into the Peggy Ryan Williams Center (Gateway Building) from Friday, March 13th through Friday, March 20th. As a result, there may be delays in responding to hardware, phone and network troubleshooting issues.
All troubleshooting/problem requests should come into the Helpdesk as normal. ITS will make every effort to minimize the delays.
