The competition is sponsored by the Scripps Howard Foundation in cooperation with the Indiana University School of Journalism.
She will participate in an international study tour of Japan and South Korea, June 13-27, combining journalism education and meetings with leading Japanese and Korean journalists with opportunities to learn about the history and culture of Japan and South Korea .
A former news editor at the Ithacan, Nadolny is currently the paper's special projects manager.
