Five or more resident assistant positions are available for the Summer College for High School Students program (www.ithaca.edu/summercollege).
The employment period is June 22 to July 25, 2009. On-campus housing and a meal plan are provided with these positions during the period of employment, as well as an hourly rate of pay for approximately 37.5 hours per week.
Resident assistants will live in the residence halls with summer college students and provide daily supervision of the residence hall environment. Resident assistants will be involved with overall program preparation; student check-in and orientation, social and educational programs and activities; enforcing policies and procedures; and check-out of students at the conclusion of the program.
Applicants must be continuing Ithaca College students returning in the fall, and have a strong academic record.
