The Ithaca Wind Quintet will give a free concert at 8:15 p.m. on Thursday, April 9, in the Hockett Family Recital Hall. Music by Rameau, Francaix, Paterson, and Alpaerts is on the program.
The members of the quintet are all faculty in music performance in the School of Music: flutist Wendy Herbener Mehne, oboist Paige Morgan, clarinetist Michael Galvan, bassoonist Lee Goodhew Romm, and French hornist Alex Shuhan.
They will be joined by students Allison Snee, flute; Alicia Rockenhauser, oboe; Daniel Vesey, clarinet; and Margaret Oswald, bassoon.
