Due to construction on the third floor of the Campus Center, the current Buttermilk Falls Meeting Room will be closed on or around May 15, 2009.
All reservations in the Buttermilk Falls Room will be automatically transferred to the "temporary Buttermilk Falls Room" in the Administration Annex (the old Human Resources training room). This "new" space will have a similar capacity to the current Buttermilk Falls Room.
If you have a meeting scheduled in the current Buttermilk Falls Room from May 15 through the summer that you would like moved from the Administration Annex to another space, please contact the Office of Conference and Event Services at 274-3313.
The current Buttermilk Falls Room will be open through the end of the spring semester. On or around April 22, the current Buttermilk Falls Room table and chairs will be moved to the Administration Annex. Chairs and six-foot folding tables will be placed in the Campus Center Buttermilk Falls Room through the end of the semester.
If you have a reservation in the current Buttermilk Falls Room through the end of the semester that you would like to move to another space on campus, please contact the Office of Conference and Event Services at 274-3313.
