Thursday, April 30, from noon to 2:00 p.m. in the Clark, Klingenstein, and MacDonald lounges in Campus Center, Stop Wasting Ithaca's Food Today (SWIFT) and the Center for Student Leadership and Involvement are doing a fund-raiser for Food Banks of the Southern Tier.
Come show your support by either buying lunch or lunch and a handcrafted bowl made by local artists! Lunch includes soup, salad, fruit and drinks.
Tickets are $10 for lunch and $20 for lunch and a bowl. Other donations will also be accepted.
Tickets can be purchased either at the door, or at our table located in the Campus Center lobby between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday-Wednesday and 9:00 a.m.-noon on Thursday.
It will be a great event with music, good food, and informational tables on poverty in Tompkins County and ways you can get involved to help out.
All proceeds go to Food Banks of the Southern Tier!
