The 2009-10 Internal Catering Guide is now available. Please call the Office of Conference and Event Services at 274-3313 or e-mail ces@ithaca.edu if you wish to obtain an updated guide.
As always, the internal menu and catering policies contain many very important reminders, policies, and deadlines to keep in mind when planning a catered event. Please carefully review these documents so you can help us provide the best possible service.
In particular, please pay attention to the minimum timelines required for service delivery. In the event that you need a last-minute food service option, paper passes are available for all dining options and Casual Catering can facilitate most requests with a 24-hour notice.
To help facilitate ordering and service delivery, please note the packages available for receptions, breakfast, and barbecues (among others).
Price quotes for special menu options for items not listed on the internal catering guide may be available upon request with sufficient lead time.
