Are you looking for another fun way to stay in shape this summer? The Fitness Center is offering a free Cardio Kickboxing class, starting next week!
The class will be held on Tuesdays, starting June 16, from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m.
Cardio Kickboxing is a fun, high-energy class combining aerobic boxing, self-defense techniques, and rhythmic choreography. This summer class will be taught by Laura Zdan.
This class is FREE, and will be held in the Fitness Center aerobics room.
